Had a great time with friends! Loved the spacious room and the quick access to the beautiful riverwalk along the Savannah River. We also checked out the historic downtown area, which was a blast! The staff was super friendly and Mr Terry’s breakfast was a highlight! Don’t miss out on the awesome Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows. Definitely a place to return to.
The only downside was some cleanliness issues we noticed. The floors could have used a better clean upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing.

A few more comfortable seating options would be nice.

The location was convenient for reaching various attractions without heavy traffic. The breakfast area struggled to accommodate the large number of guests, often resulting in long waits. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service, quickly responding to linen requests. The breakfast options included fresh local fish, but it was usually overcrowded and messy due to inconsiderate guests.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement
Enjoyed a spacious suite perfect for family gatherings. The wet bar with mini fridge was great for snacks! Unfortunately, the breakfast selection disappointed. consider dining at nearby restaurants for better options. Despite some service hiccups, staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Bring your own cups for drinks.

Recommend it for couples avoiding strong chemicals
The staff was most helpful; they allowed us to checkout with a full refund of our non-refundable room. The hotel staff was really understanding during a tough moment when my wife had an asthma attack due to the chemical odors from renovations, they were supportive and attentive.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain for what we got but still acceptable.

The free continental breakfast had a bangin' variety, and the clean pool was a perfect chill spot after your foodie adventures. Plus, being close to the interstate made exploring local eats a breeze! 🍳🏊♂️
Late-night check-in was a vibe killer with a rude front desk clerk. A little kindness would’ve gone a long way, but the morning staff turned things around. Just wish that first impression had been better!

My family and I recently stayed for three nights and overall had a good experience. The location was quiet, which was perfect for resting after our busy days exploring local attractions. The continental breakfast offered a good variety, and the pool was very clean, making it a great spot to relax. However, I did encounter a staff member who was a bit rude when I asked for clean towels, but thankfully, the rest of the staff were friendly and helped us out.
